I had my alarm installed last week & Ive been very pleased with the service provided by both Phil & Laura, with great communication at all times. Phil explained clearly where the alarm equipment would be installed & when I told him that I wanted a more modern keypad he told me about the Orisec touch keypad which I chose. The Regency quote was very competitive & the system was installed in one day. Since then Ive had a few questions which Regency have answered promptly & Phil was happy to return earlier this week to turn off the backlight on the external sounder. Recommended.
