Good Attentive Doctors.
As a healthcare professional, I was very keen to join this practice as I had heard really good things about it. The care I have received has been excellent - the staff have been so helpful and have gone out of their way to help me on a number of occasions. The reception staff are friendly and proactive with a really good system of information sharing with the GPs too which makes such a difference.I would highly recommend this clinic from my experiences here so far. Always running late don't think I've actually had an appointment that was on time? Then when I do get seen just feel like the doctors are reluctant to help and will only help if they really have to and blame it on my medical history rather than sorting the problem I have gone in to see then about not all doctors here do this just certain ones. One of the doctors in question said my medical file is rather large for my age implying that I'm making my condition up in my head but you can't fake coughing up blood? Been there three times this week with this problem seen two separate doctors and both have impied that I am making it all up in my head even though I have coughed up blood in front of them have told me to come back in 10 days as there is nothing that can do for me until then? I will be making complaints about the doctors in question as this is not normal practice I have been registered with three civilian sygerys and one in the army and out of all of then have never been so insulted and made to feel so small in all my life.
