Unacceptable service, unreliable agents, poor communication. Absolutely a No, avoid them!
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! The most unprofessional, arrogant and clueless company I have ever dealt with. I have no idea how businesses like this can operate in a competitive marketplace. We paid them a substantial management fee to manage our building and they consistently failed to deliver on every front. They have little or no knowledge of leasehold law - staggering, considering their 'profession' - failed to mange our contractors effectively, spent our limited financial reserves on non-essential items (without prior consultation) and allowed leaseholders' service charge arrears to run into thousands whilst making no effort to recover the monies owed.
